Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

I’m a Harry Potter fan, and I was mortified to learn that the latest HP movie came out without my knowing (I’m in love and have missed several things lately). But on with the review.

What we have with the Goblet of Fire is another Harry Potter movie, grimmer than what came before, but cut from the same mold. If you liked Harry Potter 1-3, then you’ll most likely like number 4, even with the hulking form of Ron Weasley (yes, the kids are growing up).

The main thing I want to say is that massive parts of the book are missing. Important themes, characters, and plot just aren’t there. The Goblet of Fire is a long movie, well over 2 hours. The movie is tightly packed. They couldn’t have squeezed in much more. All I’m saying is: enjoy the movie, but READ THE BOOK.
