The IRS wants people to file their tax returns electronically. I’m all for that, only it costs me extra do it through the tax software I use. So DUH, I mail the thing on paper.
Now if the IRS passed on to ME some of the savings they get by me eFiling, so as to cover the cost, then I’d eFile.
