Another One Bites the Dust

One by one, the lawsuits against Barack Obama’s citizenship are being refused by the courts. In a ruling without comment published today, the Supreme Court of the United States called strike three on Leo C. Donofrio’s lawsuit. Wrotnowski is dead too.

Berg is distributed for Conference January 9.

I guess that question is moot now. The electors have voted.

Truth, let me poke a hypothetical at you…

Suppose Barack Obama said ” I have a certified photocopy of my hospital birth report here, signed and sealed by the State of Hawaii. Any member of the Electoral college is welcome to come by the office and look at it.”

Would that meet all your requirements?

    Truth, regarding the YouTube video.

Like most commentary from the anti-Obama crowd, primary sources are misrepresented. While the video suggests that the Electoral College has the responsibility for determining the eligibility of the president, the 20th amendment they picture does not say that. It talks about qualifications, but not who determines them. The video then goes on to misstate history on the definition of “natural born citizen”.

The argument that the Electors are entitled to some proof of eligibility gets some sympathy from me. If an elector asks, I think they should have the opportunity to see with their own eyes the signed and sealed Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii. That seems perfectly fair to me.
