My Si4732 ATS Mini ordered July 1 from the TOOLTOP Global Store on AliExpress arrived in exactly 13 days, 6 days ahead of schedule. Version 3S fixes the battery drain issue, and one can see from this photo that the unit arrived with a full battery.
It also included the black donut and telescopic antennas, plus USB C cable and information sheet.
The case is more polished, reputedly injection molded. Unit also also includes the previous modifications for headphone output and high-impedance antenna support.
The seller wrote about the V3S version:
- The latest upgraded version in June 2025
- It is equipped with a built-in HIZ circuit and a headphone amplifier circuit
- It uses an ABS injection-molded shell, which will be more sturdy and durable (previously, all shells were 3D-printed).
- the circuit has been optimized, and there will No longer be a large amount of additional power consumption after shutdown. No more the batterydrain issue.
The first order of business was to update the firmware from 1.01 to 2.28. This model uses the firmware with “OSPI” in the file name (see: https://www.blogordie.com/2025/05/arrived-on-time-amnvolt-ats-mini). I really appreciate Kevin at Blog or Die! for writing up how to configure the Wi-Fi. It saved me lots of time 😉
I just purchased two of the V3S model ATS Mini Radios from Banggood online. The case is definitely injection molded plastic instead of 3D printed. The radios arrived with 90% full charge, so the battery drain issue has been fixed. The rotary encoder had a more solid feel than my V2 model so another nice improvement there. Audio output is strong even with earphones.
I upgraded the firmware to v2.30. The radio now has a neat scan graph display and the number of memories has increased from 32 to 99.

Be sure to look for the Amnvolt V3S model. I’ve updated the firmware on my two V3S models to v2.33. Both are working well with no issues.

I would like to purchase a AMNVOLT MINI SI4732 V3S with FIRMWARE 2.28 OR GREATER ALREADY INSTALLED.
I no capability of upgrading firmware.
There are so many manufacturers and retailers with the 1.01 firmware even though they state latest firmware.
Would you know of the AMNVOLT Co contact or retailer that has V3S firmware 2.28 or greater.

I do not know of any. Like you, all sellers I have seen offer only the 1.01 firmware.
