Started Atkins again last Sunday. It’s Friday now. I lost 5 lbs so far. At first I felt headachy and often hungry. Now I’m feeling better. The diet only works for me if I go way-low on the carbs at first. Later I can slack off. I’ve been eating mostly meat, cheese and eggs with a little salad here and there.
I’m not sure just how low I want to go this time. I started at 200. 180 sounds like a nice not overly round number.
