Blog Your Passion

That’s what Huffington said on the Daily Show, “blog your passion”. Readers of this blog over the last few weeks might think my passion was Barack Obama because that’s certainly a topic I’ve talked a lot about. But Obama is not my passion; my passion is critical thinking and opposing misleading arguments. Obama Citizenship Denial (OCD) has provided me with a vast array of lies, misinformation, smears and innuendo to trigger my frustration and its release by blogging.

While I did vote for Barack Obama and even gave $50 to his campaign, while I respect the ideas he wrote in his book, The Audacity of Hope and while I sincerely HOPE that he will be a far better president than the current one, it’s not a passion but only respect and a little hope.

That’s quite an elaborate process! Given that no previous president has gone through such a process, what is your justification for this novel procedure? Is it because Obama is black, his name is funny, Hawaii is not a “real state”, because a couple of smear books were written or because some lawsuits were filed none of which is good enough to even be heard?

But your process is no good. The fake could be there right now. Hawaiian Health Department officials have everything they need to make a 100% authentic-looking fake. Counterfeiters have to simulate paper and seals; the folks in Hawaii have the real thing.

My arguments from fact and law do not seem to have much of an effect. It would be sensible for me to stop trying.

  2. Truth says:

    Actually there is an answer.

Do you think I’m expecting Howdy Doody to waltz into the vault, snap a 35mm of the original, have it processed at WalMart and that will work? I really need to explain the proper way of doing this?

How about a Forensic Document Expert, along with two trusted agents from both sides, a law official and whomever Hawaiian Gov. mandates has to be in there. The document is verified authentic, pictures are taken of it, statements from all present are signed verifying the findings of the FDE. Everyone gets copies of the statements and pictures, and they are on there merry way. BHO takes office and there is no question about his Birth Certificate from anyone ever again.

Not everything is black and white in this world. I trust all people unless given a reason not to. Trusting the Hawaiian officials unfortunately is not acceptable, and not an accusation towards them. The document needs verified by the proper authorities. If it is a proper document, and odds are it probably is, then what is the concern? I came from a career that no matter how much I liked a friend, they could not SEE and not be trusted with handling certain documents. It isn’t a distrust issue, it is about doing it correct with the right people.

  3. Kevin says:

    Simple question:

If Hawaiian officials are corrupt, why would you have any confidence that a photocopy of an Obama birth registration was not actually a photocopy of a fake birth registration they planted in the files?

Of course there is no answer to that question, pointing out the nonsense of asking for a copy of the original because you don’t trust state officials.

In what way was any of my post invalid may I ask?

Hawaii wants the original because of the extra information on it, understandable.

I want to know the Original of Mr. BHO is seen because he wants to be POTUS.

Now lets weigh the difference… Being President… Buying Land.. Being President.. Buying Land.
I wonder if asked in a quiz, which of these two are more important, how the average individual would answer it.

Then you quote “Hawaii” capitol law from their website, which 1) A Hawaii Orgz. itself has an exception to. and 2) When does Hawaiian law set standards for qualifying for POTUS? I really could care less about what Hawaiian law says when I am wondering if our President-Select has a Real B.C. on file that qualifies him and he has not taken measures to let it be known.

  6. Kevin says:

Yes, that Hawaiian Homelands quote is often trotted out to fool the careless investigator.

To apply for Hawaiian Homelands leases, a person has to have 50% “Hawaiian ancestry”. The computer-generated COLB does not contain as much background on the parents as the original certificate. The computer-generated document is designed as evidence for the facts of birth (name, location, parents names, date) and does not include things like the parent’s address.

I’ve never said that the computer-printed certificate was good for EVERYTHING, just that that it is prima facie evidence for what it does say, Name, Location of Birth, Parents’ Names, date of registration and date of birth. I have also said that it is sufficient for a passport because he has the features listed on the passport application web site, namely Name, Date of birth, location of birth, date of registration, raised seal and signature of registrar.

For documenting place of birth and age, both documents serve equally well (and are declared equivalent by Hawaiian law and prima facie evidence in court). For documenting ancestry, the computer form lacks additional information necessary for that purpose.

    Description of Hawaiian Homelands program:

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) welcomes your interest in the Hawaiian Homes program. The Hawaiian Homes Commission Act provides for awarding Hawaiian home lands available for homestead purposes to eligible applicants that are “native Hawaiian” defined as an individual having not less than one-half (50%) Hawaiian ancestry and are at least 18 years old.

Law declaring the two types of documents equivalent:

    (b) Copies of the contents of any certificate on file in the department, certified by the department shall be considered for all purposes the same as the original, subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18.

    (c) Copies may be made by photography, dry copy reproduction, typing, computer printout or other process approved by the director of health.

So was the web site you got that from trying to mislead you or just careless idiots?

If you find something valid, try again.

  7. TRUTH says:

Gesh! Kevin, you make me feel like you think I’m some kind of crazed Idiot reading this. haha.

Here, I’ll give you a bit more data to support that theory. Or maybe not support it. Your going to love THIS! I like it for it goes against your beloved “the COLB is accepted for anything” theory.

The following is required from the Dept of Hawaiian Homeland themselves. A HAWAIIAN Organization that mandates the original. Link added below for proof.

In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.
